Services of psychologists are becoming more accessible
Since October 1, 2021, a psychologist is starting to work in Vilkaviskis district. The psychologist will provide consultations to young people aged 14 to 29, implementing the JPSPP Project “Save Your Health While Young 2 (hereinafter – the Project). The project is financed with the funds of the European Economic Area and Norwegian financial mechanisms. Lecture “Stress and tension – stay and overcome”
On September 29, IA and IB class students were invited to a lecture by psychologist Evaldos Karmaza “Stress and tension – stay and overcome”. During the lecture, the psychologist shared his personal and accumulated experience with the students, answering questions: how to help yourself when things are difficult, how to behave in stressful situations, what are methods to calm yourself down. The students actively participated in the lecture by answering the teacher’s questions and the given practical tasks, and were able to try self-calming methods.
